With over 14 years of experience in the entertainment industry across music, television, bestselling books, and entrepreneurial projects, Fie brings first-hand industry knowledge to the agency’s work. She is directly involved in client management, strategic direction, and internal coordination, working closely with both clients and team members.
As a female-led startup, Ceci Agency is built on a hands-on and structured approach, with Fie actively managing relationships, workflows, and standards to ensure consistent, high-quality results across all services.
Akie
Social Media Manager & Sales Lead
Akie manages social media operations and sales strategy at Ceci Agency, overseeing multiple accounts across models, artists, and businesses.
She is responsible for content scheduling, account growth, and sales optimization, adapting strategy, tone, and structure to match each brand’s identity and objectives. Akie works across platforms to ensure consistent posting, strong audience engagement, and efficient sales flow.
With a solid understanding of platform algorithms and audience behavior, Akie handles day-to-day execution from content planning to sales management, allowing clients to focus on their work while their accounts are managed professionally and efficiently.
Ali
Creative Editor & Content Strategist
Ali works within Ceci Agency’s creative team, focusing on the development, refinement, and optimization of digital content across platforms.
She supports influencers, artists, and businesses by editing and structuring content to align with platform standards, audience behavior, and campaign objectives. With a strong awareness of current trends and performance patterns, Ali adapts each project to ensure clarity, consistency, and effectiveness.
Alongside execution, Ali contributes to content strategy by identifying opportunities for improvement and expansion. She is known for delivering high-quality work efficiently, supporting both short-form and long-form projects within demanding timelines.
Aylen
Visual Director & Photographer
Aylen leads Ceci Agency’s photography projects, working across campaigns, talent shoots, and commercial product imagery.
With an extensive portfolio spanning both models and businesses, she is responsible for executing the agency’s major visual campaigns and collaborating closely with represented talent. Aylen also delivers high-quality product photography for brands, ensuring visual consistency and strong commercial appeal.
Based in Marbella, Spain, Aylen is available for both local and international bookings, supporting projects worldwide through on-location and destination-based shoots.
Hanna
Head of Public Relations & Media Strategy
Hanna oversees all public relations and media strategy at Ceci Agency, managing press communications and public exposure for both businesses and artists.
She is responsible for press releases, media outreach, and coverage placement, distributing client stories across an extensive international network of news channels. Hanna works closely with each client to shape narratives that are newsworthy, relevant, and aligned with their brand positioning.
Beyond press distribution, Hanna develops strategic media plans to support long-term visibility and brand growth. She acts as a dedicated point of support throughout the process, advising clients on public positioning, timing, and messaging to ensure consistent and effective exposure.
